Join us for a comprehensive exploration of myofascial release techniques tailored for working on the ribcage. In this hands-on course, we believe in working smarter, not harder. Led by the experienced instructor, David Weintraub LMT, you’ll gain mastery over the intricate musculature and structures connecting abdominals, rib cage, shoulders and neck. You’ll also discover advanced deep tissue techniques and sequences to mobilize the rib cage and breathing muscles, especially psoas and diaphragm releases. You’ll discover advanced deep tissue techniques that are easy on your own body. You’ll also observe and practice specific sequences designed to restore natural breathing patterns to provide relief for low, mid and upper back pain, and also shoulder/neck pain!
